RULING
CONSIDERING Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration of the Court's March 30, 2017 Ruling, the Motion for Reconsideration is granted and the Rulings are hereby VACATED. Plaintiff's Opposition memorandum to Defendant's Motions are accepted, and the Defendants shall have fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order to file a Reply not to exceed five (5) pages. The Court admonishes counsel for Plaintiff that the deadlines established by the Scheduling Order and the Local Rules of Court are to be strictly adhered to; however, as the Court's consideration of Plaintiff's Opposition will not prejudice the Defendants, the Court will not punish the Plaintiff for his counsel's untimeliness.
