ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration of the motion to dismiss is GRANTED.

The motion to dismiss pursuant to MCR 7.211(C)(2) is GRANTED for the reason that the appeal is not within the Court of Appeals jurisdiction because the March 10, 2023 order is not a final order appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A)(1); MCR 7.202(6)(a). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an appeal under MCR 7.205(A), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.

Further, because this Court lacks jurisdiction over this claim of appeal, the motion for stay and the motion for immediate consideration of the motion for stay are DISMISSED as MOOT.
