Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the alleged contract to pay the sum of $500 is not established by satisfactory evidence. Jenks, P.J., Carr and Rich, JJ., concurred; Thomas and Woodward, JJ., dissented.
