Suit on instrument in writing whereby defendant acknowledged and promised to pay a certain indebtedness. Judgment for plaintiff.

Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John J. Rooney, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1924.
