An Appeal from a non-final order from the Circuit Court for Miami–Dade County, Julio E. Jimenez, Judge.
Darius Asly, for appellant. Cain & Snihur and May L. Cain, for appellee.
Before CORTIÑAS, SALTER and FERNANDEZ, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed.

Judge Julio E. Jimenez was the presiding judge who entered the order that forms the basis of this appeal. Because Judge Jimenez passed away earlier this year and was a devoted and eminent jurist in Miami–Dade County, we consider it appropriate to acknowledge that he enjoyed a well-deserved reputation as an exceptional judge and a great humanitarian. Judge Jimenez will be greatly missed.
