Assumpsit. Order entered granting defendant's motion for summary judgment, and upon the refunding of the premiums received by it, the prothonotary was directed to enter judgment for the defendant, order by CARNEY, P.J. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 100, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, No. 1874-A-1973. Argued November 16, 1976.
