JUDGMENT


For the reasons set forth in the memorandum opinion entered contemporaneously herewith, the court adopts the Magistrate Judge' s recommendation.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs' motion for entry of default [35] and Plaintiffs' request for an interim injunction [41] are denied.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment [53-1], is granted as to Plaintiffs' claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act or the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Inspector General Act of 1978, and the Privacy Act of 1974.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment [53-1] and Defendants' Supplemental Motion for Summary Judgment [74-4] are granted as to Plaintiffs' claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Strike Jury Demand [76-1] is rendered moot.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss [9] and Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Individual Defendants Henderson, Thompson, and Rinaldi [22] are rendered moot.
