Order

On order of the Court, the complaint for superintending control is considered, and it is DISMISSED for the reason that there is no "proceeding" before the Judicial Tenure Commission within the meaning of MCR 9.211(C). The motion to unseal file is DENIED.

Markman, J., did not participate because of discussions he had as Chief Justice with the State Court Administrative Office concerning aspects of the dispute.
