PER CURIAM
On the parties' motion, the Court previously abated this appeal to aid efforts to resolve the dispute through settlement. We further instructed that on February 1, 2016, the parties should either file a motion to reinstate the appeal or file a status report advising if an extension of the abatement is warranted. Counsel for appellants has filed an agreed status report, advising negotiations are ongoing and requesting we continue to abate the appeal until February 17, 2016. We grant the request and extend this appeal until February 17, 2016. Again, on or before that date, the parties should either (as applicable) file a motion to reinstate or a report advising the Court of the status of the appeal.
