On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the December 21, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is GRANTED, limited to the following questions: (1) Under Michigan law may a licensor be estopped to terminate an oral license where it would be unfair or inequitable for him to do so?; and (2) Was plaintiffs' supplemental complaint frivolous such that the award of sanctions was appropriate?
