ORDER

JOSEPH W. NEGA, JUDGE

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted remotely, commencing Monday, June 7, 2021, for cases in which Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is listed as the place of trial.

On March 15, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(f). On March 24, 2021, petitioners filed a Response to respondent's Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(f). On May 24, 2021, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Facts.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(f) filed March 15, 2021, is denied as moot.
