This collection due process (CDP) case was continued from the Court's October 2020 Miami, Florida, remote trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On September 19, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the Commissioner received a proposed supplemental notice of determination, which he is reviewing. Once the Commissioner approves the supplemental notice, it will be issued to petitioner Jeffrey L. Kirsch. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 20, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
