On order of the Court, the applications for leave to appeal the June 4, 2002 judgment of the Court of Appeals are considered, and, it appearing to this Court that the cases of Grossman v Brown (Docket No. 122458) and Halloran v Bhan (Docket No. 121523) are pending on appeal before this Court and that the decisions in those cases may resolve an issue raised in the present applications for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the applications be held in abeyance pending the decisions in those cases.
