This case is before the Court on petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed October 6, 2022. Respondent filed an unsolicited response to petitioner's motion on October 14, 2022, stating therein that respondent objects to the granting of the motion. In view of the foregoing and because sufficient grounds have not been established at this time, it is ORDERED that the Motion to Proceed Remotely is denied without prejudice.
