PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 3, 2015, and an application having been made by Steven J. Lord, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the children,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Steven L. Lord, Esq., dated April 4, 2016,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Lyle T. Hajdu, Esq., 414 East Fairmount Avenue, PO Box 414, Lakewood, New York 14750-0414, is hereby assigned as attorney for the children, and

It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 21, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
