Upon due consideration of the record in the above-docketed matter, in particular mail returned to the U.S. Tax Court as undeliverable, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case shall be amended to read: "Jamaar J. King, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed September 21, 2023, by respondent is hereby extended to November 22, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee form, which is available under the "eFiling & Case Maintenance" tab on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov), is extended to November 22, 2023. If the filing fee (or proper application for waiver) is not received by that date, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve on petitioner with this Order a copies of respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction filed September 21, 2023, and the Court's prior Order served September 22, 2023.
