ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On October 21, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On November 10, 2022, respondent filed a second Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Review of the aforementioned Motions shows that they are duplicative.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed October 21, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
