ORDER

King Fuels, Inc. filed a notice of appeal from the trial court's judgment. Jaswinder Randhawa filed a notice of cross-appeal from the same judgment. The parties filed a joint motion to adopt a briefing schedule and word limits. The motion is granted. Accordingly, we order the following:

• The opening brief of King Fuels, Inc. (15,000 word limit) is due 45 days after the clerk's record is filed;

• The combined appellee/cross-appellant's brief of Jaswinder
Randhawa (15,000 word limit) is due 45 days after the opening brief of King Fuels, Inc. is filed;

• The combined reply brief/cross-appellee's brief of King Fuels, Inc. (15,000 word limit) is due 45 days after the combined appellee/cross-appellant's brief for Jaswinder Randhawa is filed; and

• The reply brief of Jaswinder Randhawa (7,500 word limit) is due 45 days after the combined reply brief/cross-appellee's brief of King Fuels, Inc. is filed.

The aggregate briefing for each (1) King Fuels, Inc. and (2) Jaswinder Randhawa shall not exceed 30,000 words.

The court will consider an extension of these briefing deadlines upon a proper motion of any party. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.5. Any extension granted based on a party's motion will extend the deadlines in this order for all other parties by the same amount of time.
