ORDER
¶1 This matter came before the Court on its September 1, 2016, En Banc Conference. The Court considered the Petitions and the files herein. Now, therefore, it is hereby
¶2 ORDERED:
¶3 That by unanimous vote, the VPFK's Petition for Review is denied. King County's request for attorney fees for answering this petition is also denied.
¶4 By a majority vote, the Sureties' Petition for Review is granted. Any party may serve and file a supplemental brief within 30 days of the date of this order, see RAP 13.7(d).
