ORDER
On October 16, 2009, the parties indicated to the Court that this case settled; a dismissal entry was to follow within fourteen days. As of November 2, 2009, no dismissal entry had yet been filed, but Plaintiff indicated to the Court's staff that the parties were working toward the filing of a dismissal entry.
The Court hereby VACATES the Trial currently scheduled for December 7, 2009 and ORDERS that the parties file a dismissal entry on or before November 6, 2009. If no dismissal entry is filed by that date, the Court shall set this matter for a status conference.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
