On March 12, 2024, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter a document designated Entry of Appearance. However, review shows that the submission involved an unrelated taxpayer and was filed in the wrong case.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Entry of Appearance filed March 12, 2024, at Docket Index No. 8, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall be placed under seal, thus rendered not viewable as part of this case.
