Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, at Columbia. Cameron McGowan Currie, Senior District Judge. (3:21-cv-03776-CMC)
Audrey L. Kimner, Appellant Pro Se.
Before MOTZ and HARRIS, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
PER CURIAM
Audrey L. Kimner appeals the district court's order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and dismissing Kimner's amended complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's order.[*] Kimner v. South Carolina, No. 3:21-cv-03776-CMC (D.S.C. Feb. 15, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
[*] We note that Kimner's informal brief does not challenge the district court's finding that Appellees Nichols and Coggiola were entitled to prosecutorial immunity. Kimner has therefore forfeited appellate review of that portion of the district court's order. See 4th Cir. R. 34(b) (limiting this court's review to issues raised in informal brief); Jackson v. Lightsey, 775 F.3d 170, 177 (4th Cir. 2014) (same).
