This case was calendared for trial during the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On November 22, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case. The parties made an informal request for a continuance. As discussed during the conference call, to give the parties additional time to exchange documents and engage in possible settlement discussions, the case was stricken from the December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On July 11, 2023, petitioner filed a Status Report (Doc. 18). On July 21, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 19). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 23, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case. The report shall include a detailed description of the work done to retrieve the relevant records.
