On February 17, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision in this case. By Order served February 23, 2023, we directed petitioner to file a Response to the Motion. On March 26, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision that resolves all issues in the case.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed February 17, 2023, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner is relieved of any obligation to file a Response to the Motion for Entry of Decision, as directed in the Court's Order served February 23, 2023.

The Proposed Stipulated Decision will be entered in due course.
