Appeal by defendant from a judgment enjoining him from using the name "Queens Novelty Chain Co." or any name similar to plaintiff's trade name "Queens Chain Findings Co.", and dismissing defendant's counterclaim. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
