ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the June 3, 2024, Honolulu, Hawaii, trial session. On March 22, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion to Dismiss and a Motion for Continuance. Petitioners move to dismiss this case as moot as to taxable year 2015, as the taxpayers' refunds and credits from other tax years have fully satisfied the taxpayers' previous obligation for 2015.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Dismiss is granted, and this case is dismissed as moot insofar as it relates to taxable year 2015. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued generally.
