This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's April 22, 2024, New York, New York, trial session. On March 20, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance (Doc. 23). This is the third request for a continuance. The Court will continue the case to its June 3, 2024, New York, New York, trial session but, absent exigent circumstances, does not anticipate granting a further continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance filed March 20, 2024, is granted in that this case is continued to the Court's June 3, 2024, New York, New York, trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a copy of the Notice Setting Case for Trial and the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's June 3, 2024, New York, New York, trial session.
