DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 5, 2021, and March 8, 2021, respectively Renewed motion by the appellants, in effect, to stay enforcement of the orders and a "time of the essence letter" dated March 22, 2021, including the scheduling or holding of a closing for the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the orders and the "time of the essence letter" dated March 22, 2021, including the scheduling or holding of a closing for the subject premises, located at 23-58 36th Street, Astoria, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
