This case is calendared for trial at the remote Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 4, 2023.

On September 8, 2023, docket entry 16, petitioner filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. On September 22, 2023, docket entry 19, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report indicating that respondent has no objections to Petitioner's Motion for Continuance.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed September 8, 2023, docket entry 16, is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the December 4, 2023, remote Trial Session of the Court, and this case is continued generally.
