ORDER

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 18, 2021, for cases in which Dallas, Texas, is the place of trial. On June 29, 2021, respondent filed a motion for continuance. On July 9, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file, on or before July 30, 2021, a response to respondent's motion for continuance. As of the date of this order, the Court has not received any such response from petitioner.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance filed June 29, 2021, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's October 18, 2021, Dallas, Texas, trial session and is continued generally.
