          JUDGMENT

          JAMES WARE, District Judge.

         Based upon the Court's "Order Granting Defendants Joseph Cagno's and Chad Leith's Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint with Prejudice, Pursuant to FRCP 12(b)(6) and to Expunge Lis Pendens; Order Granting Request for Judicial Notice Pursuant to FRE 201; Order Denying Supplemental Jurisdiction, " judgment is entered in favor of Defendants Joseph Cagno and Chad Leith and against Plaintiff Keypoint Credit Union on the RICO claims.

         Further, because Plaintiff fails to state a valid RICO claim, and the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's state law claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367 (c), the Court dismisses the entire case as to all Defendants.

         The Clerk shall close the file.
