This case continues to pend before the Court notwithstanding the prior bankruptcy proceedings. In order for the court to determine the status of the case and whether any further order should be entered, it is hereby,

ORDERED, that counsel for each of the parties shall meet and submit to this Court a stipulated status report in writing by June 30, 2004, which shall include, among other things, the status of the bankruptcy proceeding, if the bankruptcy proceedings have been concluded, the date thereof, whether any further proceedings are contemplated in this court, and whether the case should be dismissed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
