In an action to recover interest on the principal sum unpaid on a bond and mortgage, plaintiff's motion for judgment was granted and judgment entered. Defendant appeals. Order granting plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and denying defendant's cross-motion to dismiss the complaint, and the judgment entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
