Opinion filed: Judgment reversed
We reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Haver and remand for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion. We vacate the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Kesner and remand for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion, including, if appropriate, a remand to the trial court for the parties to submit additional evidence on whether Johnny Kesner was a member of George Kesner's household for purposes of the duty we recognize here.
