Action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff's intestate as the result of being struck by one of defendant's trains. Judgment in favor of plaintiff, entered on the verdict of a jury, and order denying defendant's motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
