Order granting motion to strike out certain items in the notice to examine defendant before trial modified by striking from the order items 4 and 8, and by inserting therein a provision that as to such items the motion to vacate is denied. As so modified, the order is affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Rich, Kapper, Hagarty and Carswell, JJ., concur.
