MEMORANDUM ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Came on for consideration the report of the United States Magistrate Judge in this action, this matter having been heretofore referred to the Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636 (Dkt. #3). On April 7, 2021, this case was transferred to the undersigned (Dkt. #26). On August 24, 2022, the report of the Magistrate Judge (Dkt. #76) was entered containing proposed findings of fact and recommendations that Defendant LaSalle Southwest Corrections' Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. #56) be granted and pro se Plaintiff John David Kennemer's claims against Defendants LaSalle Southwest Corrections, James Robinson, and John Doe #3, LaSalle Correction Transport Officer be dismissed with prejudice. Having received the report of the Magistrate Judge, and no objections thereto having been timely filed to this report and recommendation, the court is of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and adopts the Magistrate Judge's report as the findings and conclusions of the court.
It is therefore ORDERED that Defendant LaSalle Southwest Corrections' Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. #56) is GRANTED. Plaintiff John David Kennemer's claims against Defendants LaSalle Southwest Corrections, James Robinson, and John Doe #3, LaSalle Correction Transport Officer are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
