MARCUS, J., would grant to consider whether the benefits from the pension fund are separate or community property.
DENNIS, J., would grant, believing that the result reached by the court of appeal is probably correct but that this Court should clarify interpretations of the law pertaining to the separate or community nature of the public pension rights.
