ORDER MODIFYING OPINION
THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on November 2, 2010, be modified as follows:
On page one, the opinion title reads “KATHLEEN A. KENNE, Plaintiff and Respondent v. ZELMA R. STENNIS et al., Defendants and Appellants.” The opinion title should read “KATHLEEN A. KENNE, Plaintiff and Respondent v. M. HELAINE HATTER et al., Defendants and Appellants.”
There is no change in the judgment.
