Petitioner-respondent having moved for leave to respond, as a poor person, to the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 10, 2020, for the assignment of counsel, a free copy of the transcript, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is

Ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon the submission of an affidavit which addresses whether petitioner-respondent mother was assigned counsel in Family Court and, if counsel was retained, which addresses the sources of funds used to pay for said representation and why such funds are not now available to respond to the aforesaid appeal. 2

The perfected appeal is adjourned to the September 2022 Term of this Court. 3
