This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 26, 2022, for cases where Las Vegas, Nevada is designated as the place of trial.

On June 14, 2022, Petitioner filed with the Court a Motion to Continue, stating Respondent had no objection to the Motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion to Continue, filed with the Court on June 14, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the September 26, 2022, Las Vegas, Nevada trial calendar and this case is continued generally.
