The Court issued an order on April 28, 2020, abating the appeal and directing the trial court to enter a certification of the appellant's right to appeal and to file a supplemental clerk's record containing that certification.
A supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's certification of appellant's right to appeal was filed on April 28, 2020.
Accordingly, the appeal is reinstated on the active docket. Appellant's brief shall be filed within 30 days of the date of this order.
