These consolidated cases were called at the trial session of the Court that commenced on May 23, 2022, in Buffalo, New York. The parties appeared, were heard, and notified the Court that a basis settlement had been reached in these cases, however, the parties required additional time to file signed decisions. Based on the parties' representations, the Court directed the parties to file on or before June 22, 2022, signed decisions in these cases and the undersigned retained jurisdiction.

On June 6, 2022, the parties filed a Status Report in these cases representing therein that respondent requires additional time to provide computations to petitioners.

Accordingly, it is, ORDERED that time the within which, the parties shall file with the Court signed Stipulated Decisions or a joint Status Report in these cases is extended to and including to July 25, 2022. 1
