MOTION TO EXCUSE PARTY'S

PRESENCE ON NOVEMBER 29, 2012

GRANTED.

PER CURIAM

Respondent Arkansas Department of Correction (ADC), by and through counsel, Dustin McDaniel, Attorney General, and LeaAnn J. Adams, Assistant Attorney General, moves this court to excuse Hobbs from appearing before this court on November 29, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. The motion is granted.

We note that Respondent intends to have Miriam Lester of the ADC present because Hobbs does not "compute inmates' sentences or parole eligibility." This court reaffirms that the parties are ordered to appear before this court to confirm that Respondent has complied with this court's order. See Kelley v. Hobbs, 2012 Ark. 402, ___ S.W.3d ___.
