Keith v. Keith

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jan 19, 1977
341 So. 2d 284 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1977)

Opinion

No. AA-381.

January 19, 1977.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Volusia County; J. Robert Durden, Judge.

Monroe E. McDonald, Sanders, McEwan, Mims McDonald, Orlando, for appellant.

John W. Tanner, Daytona Beach, for appellee.

By this appeal review is sought of a Final Judgment denying reformation of a deed in an action brought by the widow of the grantee named in the deed against the deceased grantee's son by a prior marriage. We find that under the circumstances of this case as revealed by the record the learned trial judge did not err in denying reformation.

AFFIRMED.

BOYER, C.J., and RAWLS and McCORD, JJ., concur.
