MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING.
This cause is pending before the court as a jurisdictional appeal.
On March 28, 2014, the proceedings in this case were stayed pending resolution of bankruptcy proceedings. Upon consideration of appellant's notice to lift the stay of proceedings, it is ordered by the court that the stay of the proceedings is lifted and the case is returned to active status.
