PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on May 11, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John J. Keenan, Esq., sworn to November 2, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Michael P. J. McGorry, Esq., sworn to November 9, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 3, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 2, 2015, and inserting in its place the date January 4, 2016.
