On May 27, 2022, respondent's counsel Joseph E. Conley filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, advising therein that he is moving to withdraw as counsel because he is retiring from the Office of Chief Counsel, and respondent will continue to be represented by Trent D. Usitalo, who entered an appearance for respondent in this case.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's counsel Joseph E. Conley's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel filed May 27, 2022, is granted, and counsel Joseph E. Conley is withdrawn as counsel of record for respondent in this case.
