Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for order directing Clerk of the Court to accept record and brief for filing.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to May 23, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an order directing the Clerk of the Court to accept the record and brief for filing is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to an application by appellant, in the court of original instance, on or before March 26, 2018, to settle the record.
