Before the Court is James E. Davis and R. Anderson Sessions's March 29, 2019 motion to withdraw as counsel for appellees Tinnus Enterprises, LLC and Josh Malone. We GRANT the motion and DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to remove Mr. Davis and Mr. Sessions of the law firm of Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC as counsel for Tinnus Enterprises and Malone. Failure to do so may result in Tinnus Enterprises being unable to participate in this appeal.
